Admittedly I’m easily amused, but I’ve been killing myself laughing while looking at these kitties faces
(for the record, the pram was fully lined with plastic

I wanted to include some more photos of the models from the recent Workshop on the Gold Coast….
Gemma and Ruby. They looked so cute in their matching dresses – perfect for the beach.
Ruby was a little camera-shy on the afternoon, but Gemma was loving the attention,
First up…..I’m going to post a photo taken by AMANDA at the Workshop.
She showed me this image on her LCD on the day and I knew then that I loved it. Well done Amanda – very proud of you
baby Ruby. She has such delicate features and the most expressive little face. (you should have seen us all when she started crying LOL)
Rebecka and Tane…
It was wonderful to finish the afternoon with this great couple!
I’m sure they thought some of my directions were a little strange, but they happily did anything we asked.
If you’re interested in future Workshops, feel free to drop me an e-mail and I’ll add you to the mailing list.

This weekend marked my very first Workshop of the year, held at Main Beach on the Gold Coast.
The afternoon was glorious, with just the perfect amount of cloud covering.
I changed the format of the Workshop slightly from last year, making the group smaller and dividing an afternoon into two sections – theory and practice.
It truly was a wonderful, wonderful afternoon and I couldn’t have hoped for a lovelier group of girls to share it with – thanks to each of you.
I put a LOT of time and hard work into my Workshop books and I was so proud of the way they turned out.
You can see a copy on the left, with some example prints (on the hinged ring) and each of the girls received one of the adorable goodie-cases.
The photo on the right was the view from our unit (with floor to ceiling windows) where we held the theory section of the Workshop.
Pretty hard to take, isn’t it
I posted a Model Call on Facebook a little while ago and was overwhelmed by the responses I received. I wish we could have photographed you all somehow ![]()
I organized five separate groups to come along and we photographed them in the streets surrounding the unit, the park, the sand dunes and down along the water’s edge.
I know I certainly enjoyed the variety that each group provided and I hope the attendees did too.
A huge thanks to all models involved on the day
Daniela, Ashton and Cooper…
The very clever Cooper who sat there for ages while the girls photographed him…

The irresistibly cute Louka
She was totally working it for the cameras – boy she made us laugh….
(thank you to a special client who let me know about this basket……I have been saving it for the Workshop)
Bec, Aaron, Ruby & Harvey…
I’ve photographed Ruby before, but this was the first time meeting new baby Harvey.
He is a sweetie and he looks so much like his Daddy…
